TERMS & CONDITIONS – CEO ACTIVATION DUBAI

IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE COMPLETING YOUR PURCHASE.

These Terms relate to the delivery of the CEO Activation Dubai – a six-week group support programme plus a four-night, in-person business activation and advisory experience in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

By ticking the box and completing your purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full without variation.

This Event Waiver and Release of Liability (“the Agreement”) is between Alexa Wilkinson Ltd (“the Company”), a limited company registered in England & Wales with company registration number 15689352, whose registered office is at Villa Farm Cottage, Main Street, Little Ouseburn, York, England, YO26 9TD; and you, the retreat guest (“the Participant”).

1. The CEO Activation Dubai

The CEO Activation Dubai includes:
1. Six (6) weeks of group support prior to the in-person retreat
2. Four (4) nights’ accommodation in Dubai
3. Daily breakfast throughout the in-person retreat
4. Travel to and from curated excursions (paid for by the Company)
5. Included excursions as part of the programme
6. Group workshops and coaching sessions

Not included: Flights to/from Dubai, airport transfers (unless specified at checkout), additional meals, travel insurance, visas, or personal expenses.

2. Payment, Refund, and Cancellation Rights
1. The CEO Activation Dubai is priced at £1,999 plus VAT.
2. A payment of £1,999 plus VAT must be made to secure your space.
3. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
4. The full amount must be paid no later than four (4) weeks before the first day of the retreat.
5. The Company reserves the right to postpone or cancel the Activation for any reason. If this happens, participants will be offered a revised date where feasible. The Company is not liable for travel, accommodation, visa, or related costs arising from schedule changes.
6. If the Activation is rescheduled, your space transfers automatically. If you cannot attend the new date, the Company may, at its discretion, offer attendance at a future event. No cash refunds will be issued.

3. Health & Safety
1. You must disclose any relevant health conditions before attending.
2. You must comply with all health and safety instructions provided by the Company or venue.
3. The Company is not responsible for your vaccination status or health risks including COVID-19 exposure.
4. The Company may implement health and safety measures at its discretion.

4. Warranties, Disclaimers, and Liabilities
1. Participants are responsible for their conduct and must respect all accommodation and venue property.
2. The Company holds public liability insurance relevant to its retreats.
3. You must hold valid travel insurance that covers medical expenses, travel disruptions, cancellations, and personal belongings. The Company accepts no liability if you choose not to secure insurance.
4. The Company makes no guarantees regarding business outcomes or financial results.
5. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

5. Data Protection, Confidential Information, and Intellectual Property
1. Your personal data will be used to deliver the retreat and related communications.
2. The Company’s Privacy Policy is not yet published; data collected will only be used to provide retreat services and related communications.
3. Participants may be exposed to confidential information shared by others and agree to keep such information private.
4. Disrespectful, harassing, or discriminatory conduct will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal without refund.
5. All training content, materials, and intellectual property belong exclusively to Alexa Wilkinson Ltd and may not be reproduced or shared without written permission.

6. Law and Jurisdiction
1. These Terms are governed by English law.
2. The courts of England have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
3. If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remainder remains effective.
